Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MC Server Manager ("the App"), the website at mcservermanager.com, and all related online services (together, "the Service") provided by Natchland ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using any paid feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid, accessible email address.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password.
One account per person.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the card you paid with, until you cancel.
Prices are shown in GBP. We may change a price with at least 30 days' notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the service until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we don't pro-rate part months.
Some older accounts still hold a balance from the credit system we used to run. We no longer sell credits. Any remaining balance has no monetary value outside the platform and isn't transferable between accounts. If you have one left and want it back, email us.

4. Relay Subscriptions (Pro and Starter)

Relay subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Each relay is its own subscription.
The subscription renews automatically on your card each month until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time from your account page or in the App. The relay keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
Each relay subscription covers one server, or one proxy network reached through a single relay address.
To keep the shared relays fair, each relay has a limit on how many players can be connected at once. A normal server or a small network of your own servers won't come close to it, but a relay that goes over the limit may have extra connections refused. Running several separate servers through one relay to avoid per-server subscriptions, or pointing one relay address at multiple independent servers, isn't allowed and may lead to the relay being limited or your account suspended.
Relays also have a fair-use limit on how much data they carry each month. The allowance is generous and a normal server, including a heavily modded one, won't come close to it. If a relay goes a long way beyond its allowance we may get in touch, limit that relay's speed, or move it to a plan that fits.
We measure how much data each relay carries so we can apply these limits fairly. We don't inspect what's in that traffic.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime for relay infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We may refund part of a month for an unplanned outage at our discretion.
Game traffic passing through relay nodes is not logged or inspected beyond what is required to route it correctly.

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes are single-use and tied to a specific App installation.
Codes expire on the date stated. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
Service granted by promo codes is subject to the same billing terms in section 3.
Abuse of promo codes, for example generating codes from multiple installations to stack up free service, may result in account suspension and the loss of anything the codes granted.

6. Licence Keys (Standard Edition)

Licence keys are non-transferable.
Each key may be activated on up to 3 machines simultaneously. Contact support to remove an activation if you change devices.
We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these Terms.
Keys do not expire but are tied to the version family purchased. Free updates within that version family are included.

7. Commercial and Third-Party Use

The App, the Service, and our relay infrastructure are licensed for direct use by end users, individuals and organisations running their own Minecraft servers.

You may not resell, sublicense, white-label, rebadge, or otherwise incorporate the App or the Service into a commercial product, hosting offering, or managed service provided to third parties without our prior written consent.
This includes, but is not limited to, Minecraft hosting providers, managed-server platforms, SaaS control panels, and any service where end users pay a third party to access functionality powered by the App.
Using our relay infrastructure to serve a third party's paying customers is prohibited under any standard licence or subscription tier.
Requests for a commercial agreement can be sent to support@mcservermanager.com. We review these case-by-case and grant them rarely.
Unauthorised commercial use will result in immediate revocation of any licence keys involved, suspension of associated accounts, and forfeit of any remaining balance.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

Host servers that violate Minecraft's End User Licence Agreement.
Route illegal content through relay nodes.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or otherwise abuse relay infrastructure.
Circumvent billing systems, exploit free trial features, or attempt to access another user's account.
Share account credentials with others.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for service you have already received is considered a breach of these Terms.
A chargeback will result in immediate suspension of paid features, and any relay or subscription tied to the disputed payment being stopped.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of service delivery, including usage logs, billing records, and audit history.
Legitimate disputes (outages, billing errors) should be raised with us directly first via support@mcservermanager.com. We will resolve them fairly and promptly.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We will not suspend accounts without reviewing the situation first, except in cases of active abuse or chargeback.
You may request account deletion by contacting support@mcservermanager.com. Your account and associated data will be removed within 30 days.
Balance remaining at the time of voluntary account deletion may be refunded at our discretion.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA.
Planned maintenance will be announced in our Discord community where possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

12. Affiliate Program

If you apply to our affiliate program at mcservermanager.com/affiliates and are approved, the following terms also apply.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.
The legal name, date of birth, country, and other application details you provide must be accurate. Submitting false information voids the application and any commissions earned.
Approval is at our discretion. We do not have to give a reason for declining an application.
One affiliate account per person.

Commission terms

You earn a commission on the first qualifying purchase made by a user who clicked your referral link, currently 20% of the gross charge. Subsequent purchases by the same user do not earn further commission.
Qualifying purchases are relay subscriptions. Licence keys, donations, and Microsoft Store purchases are excluded.
Commissions enter a 30 day clearance window. If the underlying charge is refunded or charged back during that window, the commission is reversed and no payout is made.
Payouts are issued through Stripe Connect Express once your eligible balance reaches £20. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts, until then commissions accrue but no money moves.
We may adjust commission rates with at least 30 days' notice. Changes only apply to commissions earned after the notice period.

Conduct and acceptable promotion

How you represent MC Server Manager reflects on us. You must:

Be honest about what the App does. Do not exaggerate features, fabricate testimonials, or make claims we have not made ourselves.
Be respectful in your content and in interactions with users you refer. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination are not tolerated.
Disclose that your link is an affiliate link where required by your country's advertising rules (UK ASA, US FTC, EU equivalents).
Only promote on platforms and in communities where promotion is permitted. Spamming Discord servers, Reddit threads, comment sections, or DMs is not allowed.
Keep your referral link in line with your application. If you said you would post on YouTube, we expect YouTube, not unrelated channels you did not disclose.

You must not:

Refer yourself or use your own link to earn commission on your own purchases.
Buy traffic, generate fake clicks, or use bots to inflate referrals.
Promote alongside content that is illegal, sexually explicit, racist, hateful, or otherwise something we would not want our brand near.
Imply you are an employee, partner, or official representative of Natchland or MC Server Manager. You are an independent affiliate.
Use our trademarks, logos, screenshots, or assets in ways that could mislead users about your relationship with us. Reviews, tutorials, and standard promotional use are fine.
Bid on our brand name or domain in paid search advertising.
Resell, transfer, or share your referral code or link with another person or affiliate.

Reports, suspension, and refusal of payout

If we receive a credible report or complaint about an affiliate, or we observe behaviour that breaches these terms, we may immediately suspend your affiliate account, disable your referral code, and pause any pending payouts while we review.
If a breach is confirmed, we may permanently terminate your affiliate account, disable your link, and refuse to pay out any pending or eligible commission balance. Commissions that have already been paid out remain yours unless they were earned through fraud, in which case we may claw them back.
Behaviour that we treat as serious enough for immediate termination includes but is not limited to: fraudulent referrals, harassment of users, hate speech, illegal activity, deceptive marketing, and any conduct that damages the reputation of MC Server Manager.
Decisions on suspension and payout refusal are made at our discretion. We will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond, but the final decision is ours.
You can leave the program voluntarily at any time by emailing support@mcservermanager.com. Your eligible balance at the time of departure is paid out under the normal payout rules.

Tax and independent status

You are responsible for declaring affiliate income to your tax authority. We do not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.
Nothing in this section creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Natchland.

13. Beta Testing Program

If you apply and are approved to test pre-release builds at mcservermanager.com/testers, the following terms apply on top of the rest of these Terms.

Beta ("tester") builds are unfinished and provided "as is". They may be unstable, behave unexpectedly, or lose data. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. We give no warranty and are not liable for any loss from using a tester build.
Access is granted at our discretion and can be paused or revoked at any time, for any reason.
Tester builds are confidential and for approved testers only. You must not share, upload, publish, resell, stream a download of, or otherwise distribute any tester build or its files, and you must not give anyone else access to it through your account.
To protect unreleased builds, tester builds record your public IP address and a device identifier (a one-way hash of your Windows installation ID) when they run. By using a tester build you consent to this collection, which is described in our Privacy Policy.
If a tester build is leaked or you breach this section, we may permanently block the account, device identifiers, and network addresses involved from all of our products and services, and end your access with no refund or compensation. This is in addition to any other remedy available to us.
You must be old enough to agree to these Terms to take part. We may ask for your date of birth and may decline or remove applicants at our discretion, including where we cannot confirm you are old enough.
Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you give us about a build may be used to improve MC Server Manager without any obligation or payment to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

The App and the Service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We are not responsible for data loss from Minecraft server files, worlds, or backups managed by the App. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of paid features after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
